Because each edible print is custom-made just for you, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds. I take great care in crafting every order, and I want you to absolutely love your piece!
That said, I understand that things can happen. If there’s an issue with your order, I’m happy to offer one courtesy reprint, no questions asked. This reprint will be shipped out the next business day with standard shipping—my way of making sure your special project still shines.

🚚 Shipping
I work hard to get your custom edible prints out the door quickly—but once your package is with USPS or UPS, the delivery timeline is in their hands. Because these are third-party services, I unfortunately can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, even with Priority or Express options.
To avoid any last-minute stress, I highly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. This gives us a little wiggle room in case of delays or a rare lost-in-transit situation (in which case I’ll gladly resend your order to make sure you’re covered).
Planning ahead helps us both—and ensures your creation arrives right on time to steal the show!
🎨 A Note About Color Matching
One thing to keep in mind when ordering edible prints is that colors on screen may not match exactly once printed—and that’s totally normal!
Light (your screen) and pigment (edible ink) behave very differently, so slight variations in tone, brightness, or saturation can occur. If color accuracy is crucial for your project, I strongly recommend ordering a test print first. Once you receive it and you're happy with how it looks in real life, you can go ahead and place your full order with confidence.
